We Are About the Members

We exclusively serve collectively bargained Legal Plans and are paid on a capitated basis. We do not recruit clients from other sources, allowing us to focus entirely on the needs of union members and their families. These members are eligible for coverage through their collective bargaining agreement or as an ancillary benefit to a health and welfare fund.

We’re also well aware that legal needs don’t arise only during business hours, and that for working people, “business hours” doesn’t mean 9 to 5. That’s why we maintain a 24-hour hotline so that our members can reach our firm when they need us, not just eight hours a day.

Eligible members can call Regan Associates for representation without the fear of paying attorney fees. Our attorneys are there for our members during emergencies, and help them address legal concerns before they escalate into a crisis. Members can call us with legal questions and get the answers they need without the pressure of the “meter running” with every passing minute.

We Offer End-to-End Legal Representation

We have the most comprehensive coverage for legal representation. Attorney fees are covered and free of charge.* When Regan Associates takes on a case, we take the whole case, from start to finish, including representing our members at hearings and all the way through trials.
