Union members work hard every day and deserve access to quality legal representation without worrying about attorney fees. Our legal plans are designed to ensure union members receive the support they need, when they need it, without worrying how to pay for the lawyers.

Individuals with significant resources can hire a lawyer, while those without may qualify for free legal aid. Attorney Paul Regan founded Regan Associates, Chartered, to serve hardworking people who do not fit either category. For over forty years, Regan Associates has provided thousands of members with experienced legal assistance at no cost in attorney fees.

The Legal Plan can be collectively bargained. It can also be an added benefit of your Union’s Health and Welfare Fund. The premiums are paid on a capitated basis.

We are a law firm that provides group legal services as a negotiated benefit for employees. When your members need legal help, they work directly with our experienced trial lawyers. We do more than just give advice or send letters. We stand by your members through every step of their case, including jury trials, and we never charge attorney fees to the members.
