Based on a search warrant, a longtime union Member and 51-year-old father of four was arrested in his home and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession to distribute heroin. Found in his home were cutting agents, packaging materials, and a scale. All of the evidence seized was found in the guest bedroom of his visiting brother-in-law. The police also seized his cell phone and took over $500.00 found in an envelope in the Member’s wife’s dresser. The case was dismissed after the LEGAL PLAN filed numerous motions and attended many court appearances over the next two years. The Member received over $50,000.00 worth of tax-free legal services.
