The ex-girlfriend and mother of the Member’s child denied him parenting time, refusing to negotiate or work with the Member regarding the child’s visitation. The LEGAL PLAN sued the mother and, after numerous motions and many court appearances, obtained a court order awarding the Member unfettered parenting time with his son every other weekend and Tuesday dinner visits every week. The Member received over $22,000.00 worth of tax-free legal services.
