Due to a 10-year-old judgment for $24,000.00, a debt collector attempted to garnish the Member’s wages. The LEGAL PLAN sued to re-open the old case, vacate the judgement, and schedule a new trial. The Member received over $9,000.00 worth of tax-free legal services.
