About Paul K. Regan and Regan Associates, Chartered
Mr. Regan was born and raised in South Boston. Growing up, he worked in factories, fish packing plants, and as a longshoreman. He supported himself through college and law school by driving a cab and delivering mail. His firsthand experience living paycheck to paycheck shaped our legal plan, which includes comprehensive legal coverage with no copays or deductibles.
Mr. Regan is an experienced criminal defense lawyer handling major cases, including murder cases. He has represented clients in the Federal and Superior Courts of the District of Columbia, the Federal and State Courts of Maryland and Virginia, and the Superior Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
For the past 30 years, Mr. Regan has spoken extensively on the importance of justice for the working and middle class at venues across the country, including annual conferences for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the National League of Cities – Mayors Conference, and countless union meetings.
Mr. Regan is a graduate of Brandeis University and Georgetown Law. He is a Marine veteran who served two combat tours in Vietnam.
